SAKE is Japanese brewed beverage made from rice. Its alcohol content is usually between 10% to 20%, but most commonly around 15%. It could be served either cold or hot.
These are all SAKE bottles. Just like GRAPPA from Italy, there are various attempting bottles.
SAKE is usually made in cold winter, stored through spring and summer, and released from autumn.
